METHOD FOR ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
Customers using the old website (in use until 15 July) will need to activate their accounts themselves.

In addition to product price and shipping fee, taxes such as customs duties and VAT may be applied in the destination country.
Applicable taxes are on a recipient account.
Please be sure to check before purchasing.
Currency
In some countries, you may have the option to display product prices in your local currency. In such cases, currency conversion based on the exchange rate will be rounded up to the nearest decimal place. If you select your own country and the prices are still displayed in JPY￥, payment will be in JPY￥. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment method
You can use PayPal and credit cards for payment.
Payment date will be based on each credit card company’s Membership Agreement.

Shipping
For each order, shipping fees from Japan to the designated delivery area will apply. The shipping cost is calculated based on the destination area and the weight of the items and is determined for each order.
The products you have ordered will generally be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service). However, please note that the delivery method may be subject to change depending on the destination area and international circumstances, and there may be cases where shipping is not possible.
Typically, we aim to ship the order within 1 week from the time of purchase. The estimated delivery time is approximately 10 days from the date of the shipping confirmation email.

We will provide you with the tracking number for your package in the shipping confirmation email. Please use this number to track the status of your package until it arrives.
Delivery to cold district
Please keep at room temperature (5 ℃ ～ 35 ℃) after receiving products.
Gofun-Nail is a water-based nail polish, and it won’t be able to use if it freezes.
In particular season or area, in a low temperature, there is a possibility to freeze in the middle of delivery.
Please contact us if your items have frozen.
Return and exchange policy
If there is a defective product or missing product, please let us know.
I will arrange the replacement products.
